Based in New Delhi, Atul Bhandari is a senior member of Spencer Stuart’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Human Resources and Private Equity practices. With a strong belief in the power of technology and leadership to transform organizations, he works across the areas of executive search, succession, development, top team effectiveness and organizational effectiveness. Atul has held several firm leadership roles, including leading the Technology, Media & Telecommunications Practice in Asia-Pacific and as a member of the Asia-Pacific leadership team. He currently serves on Spencer Stuart’s global board of directors.

Atul specializes in partnering with CEOs, founders and CXOs to unlock their leadership potential, and advising boards around their critical leadership and talent decisions. He brings extensive experience across the software, enterprise services, global capability centers (GCCs) and digital-native sectors. He is also part of the firm’s India-U.S. corridor for software and technology services companies, helping Indian firms with their global growth strategies from a leadership perspective, and assisting global companies as they expand their India footprint.

Education

Atul received his M.B.A. from the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He received his B.S. in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
