Bronwyn Lepper is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Services and Digital Health practices. Based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul office with a wide range of global and national experience, Bronwyn is a former healthcare industry executive with extensive experience advising private equity-backed and for-profit public healthcare companies on their most pressing leadership needs, including CEO, CFO, COO, board and other leadership opportunities.
Extensive leadership experience in healthcare
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Bronwyn ran the professional services organization for a healthcare technology firm, where she oversaw product implementation and client management, expanded the sales support staff and grew a successful implementation team.
- Prior to that, Bronwyn spent 10 years managing operations at a private equity-backed healthcare services company that went public during her tenure. She was responsible for managing both the telehealth and onsite businesses across multiple states. She also oversaw physician recruiting, compensation program design and revised the workflow model for radiologists.
Bronwyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in business communication from Iowa State University.
