Gianluca Raisoni leads Spencer Stuart’s Healthcare Practice in Italy and is core member of the Financial Officer Practice, working in the Milan office. As a member of the firm’s Leadership Advisory Services team, he also helps a range of clients evaluate the readiness and potential of their senior executives. Gianluca also takes part in assessments, team effectiveness and organizational development programs, along with corporate governance and non-executive director search assignments.
Wide-ranging search and assessment experience
- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Gianluca spent nearly 16 years with a leading European search firm, mainly focused on assessment services and the recruitment of middle managers. In this role, he primarily operated in the life sciences and consumer goods sectors, while conducting searches across all functional roles. He also managed the main Italian office in Milan, with more than 15 consultants.
- Gianluca also led projects in recruitment and selection at all levels, including senior-level executives, and oversaw the implementation of people development and team development services such as assessment, coaching, competency analysis and team building.
- Gianluca began his career in a sport business-linked company (as a member of the Italian National Team of Athletics), where he worked as a controller and head of administration.
Gianluca has a university diploma in industrial science, with a major in business. He speaks English and Italian.
