Gus Zangrilli is an executive search consultant based out of Spencer Stuart’s Philadelphia office and leads the Professional & IT Services Practice globally. Gus brings almost 15 years of executive search experience and has focused on working with the leading strategy, management consulting and advisory firms throughout his career. In addition to his professional services clients, he also focuses on recruiting chief executive officers, board directors, chief strategy officers, chief transformation officers, as well as private equity operating partners.

- Gus has substantial search experience across the professional services industry from the leading global consulting organizations to small boutique firms, including the strategy, advisory, M&A, restructuring, human capital, technology and outsourcing sectors.
- He comes to Spencer Stuart from another international executive search firm, where he was a senior partner leading the global professional and IT services practice. He was also a member of the technology and information officer practices.
- Prior to entering the executive search field, Gus was with Deloitte Consulting, where he was responsible for managing multiple engagements spanning the strategy, operations and technology functions for a variety of clients.
Gus holds a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University.
