Lisa Mariano is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial and Private Equity practices. Although a generalist, she has a particular interest in the identification of young, high-potential individuals.
Broad leadership experience
- Lisa works on local and cross-border assignments at the board and senior management level for a wide range of clients across a variety of industries.
- She joined Spencer Stuart as a member of the research team. She served as senior associate and research director in the Johannesburg office before becoming a consultant.
- Prior to joining the firm, Lisa worked in financial services as an executive trainee, following time at a major conglomerate as an assistant to the human resources director.
Lisa is a graduate of the University of Witwatersrand with a bachelor’s degree with honours in industrial sociology, as well as a master’s degree in management and a postgraduate diploma in human resources management.
