She is well-versed in the retail world, with a particular focus on "front of house" retail functions, including marketing, merchandising and has functional expertise in human resources. In addition to retail expertise, Caitlin brings deep experience with active and outdoor, beauty and health and wellness brands. Her client work spans public, private equity-backed and private founder-led companies.

- Caitlin has over 16 years of search experience across large, global and boutique-retained search firms, most recently serving as managing director at a boutique search firm, with a focus on high-level search assignments for clients within the retail and consumer products industries.
- Prior to that, she focused on senior-level consumer searches at two major global search firms, working within the consumer practice at both.
