In addition to possessing deep knowledge of U.S. market dynamics and working closely with leading companies, Marzena has extensive experience working with international companies building their U.S. presence and accelerating growth in established U.S. businesses.

- Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Marzena spent eight years with another global executive search firm leading and supporting senior biopharma executive search assignments. Prior to that she spent three years with a boutique firm, where she focused on life sciences and biopharmaceuticals.
Marzena received a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from Rutgers University.
