  • Susie has more than 17 years of experience in consulting and internal roles working with senior-most leaders across industries, from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofit organizations and public agencies. Her subject matter expertise includes human capital and talent strategies, organizational development and change management. She brings a strengths-based approach and design thinking to help clients systematically solve complex organizational challenges and realize the intended value of transformation efforts.
  • Susie was a managing director in the Americas advisory practice at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, where she led engagements to help clients translate insights from employee engagement analytics into human capital strategies.
  • A former Big 4 consultant, her diversified portfolio of work spanned human capital and talent strategies, organizational design and succession management. Prior to that, she supported employee engagement and strategic communications studies and benchmarking as a senior research analyst at Corporate Executive Board (now Gartner).

Susie earned a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration with course emphasis on organizational behavior from George Washington University. She is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
