Vedika Burman is a core member of Spencer Stuart’s Leadership Advisory Services Practice, specializing in the areas of leadership assessment, development, top team effectiveness and culture advisory. She works primarily with C-suite leaders traversing a range of challenges and dilemmas, such as those in need of deep executive-level assessment and bespoke development needs through a series of immersive experiences. Vedika has advised clients across multiple industries, spanning media, financial services (including private equity), consumer goods, industrial conglomerates, energy, IT Services, logistics and more. She is deeply passionate about helping leaders unlock their potential and lead with intentionality and insight — to cascade that impact throughout their organizations and beyond.

  • Vedika previously worked with Aon Hewitt in the talent management and leadership consulting practices, catering to the Middle East and North Africa regions, helping organizations transform their people practices to better support strategic imperatives and leading large engagements in talent assessment and development.
  • As an entrepreneur, she co-founded her own business in ecommerce, and during her tenure with a leading AI-powered ed-tech firm providing L&D solutions to businesses, she worked closely with multiple organizations to devise their digital learning strategies and build a strong culture of continuous learning.

Vedika has a master’s degree in human resource management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, where she was a gold medalist. She is accredited in a wide range of psychometric tools, including Hogan, and is also a certified holistic wellness coach, using meditation practices to deepen insight and facilitate breakthroughs.
